125g butter 1 cup castor sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3 eggs 2 cups flour3 teaspoon baking powder ½ cup milk (125ml)Beat butter and sugar till light and creamy. Add in vanilla essence. Add in eggs one at time beating week after each edition. Alternate flour and milk and add in baking powder. Put into cupcake pans and bake at 180 for about 12-15 minutes (till nice and golden).
