Homemade Beetroot Chips

Ingredients:6 beetroot (peeled)SaltPepperOil
Method:1. Peel and boil beetroot till tender.2. Thinly slice even slices of beetroot.3. Brush an oven sheet pan with oil.4. Toss Beetroot slices with good pinch salt and pepper.5. Place on oven tray. 6. Bake on 220degC, turning over once or twice to crisp on either side.7. Remove from oven. Allow to cool and crisp.8. Becareful not to burn them.
Serve with hummus/ranch dip.
