1.) braise mince in a little oil with ginger, garlic, salt, dhana jeeru (cumin) powder, green masala and a bit of black pepper - cook till dry. 2.) add grated onions and lemon juice and steam for a bit (+-5mins). 3.) Add chopped dhania (coriander) and mint (optional). 4.)leave to cool then fill as samosas.

For cheesy chicken spinach samosas:
-Add baby spinach leaves in just before adding the onions (1 cup)
-when mixture is cold - add grated mozarella cheese (1/2 cup)
