INGREDIENTS
3 ½ cups flour3 tablespoon sugar1 large egg yolk1 packet instant yeast½ teaspoon salt1 cup luke warm milk¾ cup luke warm water½ lb butter (for roll and fold)
METHOD
Add sugar to flourbeat egg yolk and add to aboveadd yeast and saltmake dough with milk and waterleave to risemake 5 rotisgrate butter and sprinkle maizena (corn flour) in between each rotidummy fold with maizena (corn flour)allow to rise in fridgecut into 4roll out into rectangle and cut into triangles and put sugar insideroll like croissantsleave to rise and bakedrizzle icing and dust icing sugar....ENJOY!!!!
