INGREDIENTS

Cheesecake1 ½ packet tennis biscuits 100g melted butter1 slab easy melt white chocolate 250ml fresh cream 2 tubs cottage cheese 1 tub mascarpone cheese 1 tablespoon castor sugar

METHOD

*crush biscuits and add melted butter to form a base *In a separate pot melt chocolate and 50ml fresh cream and allow to cool completely *Beat together cottage cheese,mascarpone cheese ,castor sugar ,remaining fresh cream and cooled chocolate mixtures *set mixture on the top of base and set in fridge to cool*decorate with grated chocolate
