1 ½ cups crumbs - Bakers boudoir, tennis or Marie biscuit 125g butter Melt butter and add crumbs. Press into springform pan. 2 * 250g cream cheese ¾ cup castor sugar 4 eggs separated 250ml fresh cream 2 tablespoon flour Beat cheese and castor sugar. Add in egg yolks. Add in cream and flour. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour over biscuit base. Bake it at 180 for one hour. Switch off oven and leave inside with oven door slightly opened till the cheesecake is cooled. Arrange fresh cream and strawberries 🍓 on top.
