INGREDIENTS
1kg Chicken Breasts, cut into piecesHalf tomato, choppedHalf pepper, choppedSalt to taste1 teaspoon Paprika1 teaspoon JieraDanya2 teaspoon Garlic paste1 tablespoon Masala 1 tablespoon Garam Masala1 teaspoon Chops & Steak Spice4 teaspoon butter 1kg Rice 2 onions chopped
Half cup buttermilk or can substitute it with,( 1 teaspoon lemon juice added half cup milk).3-5 Potatoes
METHOD
Fry the potatoes, until golden brown, set aside.Fry the onions, until golden brown.In another pot cook the rice for 5 minutes, strain and let it cool down. Marinade the chicken with the spices. Layer the pot with the rice, chicken, potatoes, fry onions. Garnish with dots of butter, add half cup water to the pot if it's too dry. Lastly add the Danya chopped.Cook on medium heat for 2 hours. Njoy with Atchar / Bulgarian yogurt.
