Half cup buttermilk or can substitute it with,( 1 teaspoon lemon juice added half cup milk).3-5 Potatoes
Fry the potatoes, until golden brown, set aside.Fry the onions, until golden brown.In another pot cook the rice for 5 minutes, strain and let it cool down. Marinade the chicken with the spices. Layer the pot with the rice, chicken, potatoes, fry onions. Garnish with dots of butter, add half cup water to the pot if it's too dry. Lastly add the Danya chopped.Cook on medium heat for 2 hours. Njoy with Atchar / Bulgarian yogurt.
