Red Thai Prawn Curry

Ingredients:2 tablespoon oil1 packet Woolworth's thai red paste½ teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon lemon juice400g packet Woolworths deveined prawns1 can coconut cream
METHOD1. In a wok heat oil, add paste and saute for a minute.2. Add masala and lemon, mix in, then add prawns and coat well. 3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add coconut cream and mix in. 4. Cook on high to reduce cream till slightly thickened.5. Serve with jasmine rice/ noodles.
