5 Potatoes( washed & cubed) Quarter green pepper choppedQuarter onion choppedSugar to taste Pepper to taste VinegarQuarter cup mayoinaise
Cook the potatoes until soft, add to a mixing bowl, cool down, add the rest of the ingredients.Mix well & refrigerate.
Optional can add any red/yellow peppers to the salad, cup of sweetcorn for texture.
Low fat mayoinaise is also healthy.
