
Carrot & Cucumber Raïta

1 cucumber (grated and water squeezed out)2 medium carrots grated2 tablespoon finely chopped dhanaPinch of dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder1 cup thick plain / greek yoghurt½ teaspoon ground green chili (or less)Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
- Combine all the ingredients together and serve cold
