Recipe credit : I think Indian delight
1 packet tennis biscuits 100ml fresh cream 250ml milk1 packet instant vanilla pudding
250ml icing sugarpulp of 2 granadilla ( I used 2 Rhodes granadilla pulp) 5ml butter I also used zest of lemon ( optional) using a 23cm by 23cm square or rectangle pyrex or cake tray, place tennis biscuits with the pattern side down.
Combine cream and milk in a mixing bowl add the vanilla pudding and mix until smooth. now pour the mixture on the biscuit that you layered, top with a single layer of biscuit with pattern facing up , when positioning top layer of biscuit make sure is corresponds with bottom layer to get perfect squares .
In a pot heat up the topping , pour and spread evening allow it to set decorate and cut and serve .
