INGREDIENTS
250grams Butter
6 Eggs
1&½ cups Sugar
2 cups Self-raising flour (or 2 cups Cake flour
plus 2 teaspoon baking powder)
±3 teaspoon. Fine Elachi (cardomom)
± 1 tablespoon oil (as needed)
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar then add eggs. Add rest of
ingredients & mix thru. Bake at 180deg till done.
Cool then top with lemon icing.
