500 ml water.
150 ml oil.
500ml castor sugar.
150ml cocoa powder.
3 and half cups flour.
6 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon salt.
Boil the water and oil .
Once boiled add the vanilla.
In another bowl beat the eggs and
castor sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in by folding method the cocoa, flour , baking
powder and salt .
Then add the boiled mixture and do not over beat .
Line a box with foil spray with spray and cook.
Bake at 180degrees for 35 minutes.
