INGREDIENTS
150g Toblerone chocolate2 eggs (separated)250ml fresh cream
METHOD
1. On low heat melt the chocolate with egg yolks and ¼ cup cream till smooth and thickened.2. Beat egg whites till soft peaks form.3. Beat remainder cream till stiff.4. Fold in the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture, then fold in the whipped whites.5. Place in fridge to chill. Garnished with wedges of nougat.
