2 eggs (separated)
250ml fresh cream
On low heat melt chocolate with egg yolks and ¼ cup cream till smooth and thickened.
Beat egg whites till soft peaks form.
Beat remainder cream till stiff.
Fold in whipped cream into cooled choc mixture, then fold in whipped whites.
Place in fridge to chill.
I garnished with wedges of nougat.
