RECIPE
Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) Add in 2 Taj 2 Elachi (cardomom) 2 cloves 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger 1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala 1 kg cubed fillets Salt white pepper dhana jeeroo arad (Turmeric) chilli powder . CookAdd in ¾ cup grated tomatoes Cook. Mix 1 tin coconut cream ½ cup milk ¼ cup fresh cream Add to chicken adding milk if necessary. Fry 1 sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) till crispy or my favorite @786zaibunisasfriedonionsAdd to chicken. Simmer on lowGarnish with greens
Boil spaghetti or linguine
Serve with kachumbar and fried parr (I use lays salted)
