INGREDIENTS
Chicken fillet cubed (2 cups)
1 onion choppedButter2 cloves 2 cinnamon sticks2 cardamom pods
1/2 teaspoon turmeric2 teaspoon Chillie powder1 teaspoon Dhana1 teaspoon JeeraSalt to taste2 tablespoon dessicated coconut1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon green masala
2 tomatoes, liquidized
4 tablespoon Chana flourWater as needed1 can coconut milk1 can coconut cream
METHOD
Saute onion and whole spices in butter until pinkAdd chicken, coconut, spices and masalas, allow to cook until done, add tomatoes and cook until oil surfaces
Add in the Chana flour, water, coconut milk and cream and allownto simmer until thickened
Adjust seasoning and garnish chopped green dhania (coriander)
