INGREDIENTS
Prepare and keep these toppings aside for serving:-left over Khuri (add coconut milk to it)-fresh lemon (cut and kept aside)-chopped dhana/ springonions OR red onions (cut and kept aside)-fresh garlic slices (fry till golden brown and crispy)-samosa pur (break into pieces,fry till golden brown and keep aside).
For Spaghetti:-spaghetti (boil,drain and keep aside)-Β½ medium onion (finely cubed)-1 cup chicken fillet (cubed)-1 1/1 fresh tomato (grated) or 1 tablespoon tomato purΓ©e -1 teaspoon paprika-1 teaspoon freshly ground garlic-oil (1 teaspoon)-1 teaspoon salt-ΒΌ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) -Β½ teaspoon chilli powder
METHOD
1.)heat a pot on medium heat, add oil and and braise the onions, add the garlic and fry for a bit then add the tomato )if using purΓ©e add 1/4cup water with it), then add all the spices,cook on medium heat until oil comes to the top.2.)add the chicken cubes.3.)when chicken is almost done and the masala is nice and thick and the boiled spaghetti and mix well and remove from cooker.4.)to serve,place spaghetti on a plate,top with the coconut khuri, fried samosa pur, fried garlic,chopped dhana/springonion/red onion, grated cheese and lemon wedges.Enjoy! π

filo/phyllo pastry can be fried in place of samosa pur
