1 chicken disjointed in very small pieces(more flavor in the bones)
1 onion-make wagaar,add few pieces of Elachi (cardomom) and cinnamon sticks.
Add chicken and 1 full teaspoon ginger/garlic.Braise properly.
Add 1 teaspoon crushed red chilies,1 teaspoon fine red chilies,1⁄2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric),2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin),salt to taste,2 teaspoon sugar,1 tblspn vinegar,crushed black pepper.Braise well.Add one blended tomato,braise.Add 1 liter boiling water.Cook for about 1⁄2 an hour on low heat.Chicken must be cooked but not overdone.Add 1 liter milk and one tin coconut milk/coconut cream.Just before serving,add 1 cup cooking cream(I omitted this step).
Fry 8-10 cloves garlic.
Fry one chopped onion separately in a bit of ghee (Clarified butter) until it becomes browned,place on Carlton paper to crisp up.
Chop one bunch of dhania (coriander) up fine
Boil 3⁄4 packet of spaghetti with salt and arad (Turmeric).
Fry or air fry Samoosa pur.
When serving,put the onions,dhania (coriander),spaghetti and Samoosa pur in dishes to be sprinkled over the chicken soup.Just before serving,add garlic to the soup.Jazakallah🍲
