RECIPE
1 chicken cut and washed. Drain and set aside.
1 onion chopped fine2 medium tomatoes liquidised 3 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food ginger garlic masala½ teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food peri peri masala 2 cinnamon sticks 2 cardamom pods1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder (for a milder version omit) 1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon tumeric Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon garam masala
In a potAdd oil, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods and onion. Braise till golden. Then add tomatoes and masalas. Add chicken and braise. Cook on low adding water as necessary.
Mix 2 teaspoons chana flour with ½ cup water. Add to chicken. Then add 1 tin coconut cream and 2 tablespoons coconut.
Serve with Spaghetti Fried purOnion sambalsAamli Chopped jalapeñosDry roast chilli flakes
Assemble spaghetti, chicken and accompaniments. Serve with lemon wedges.Enjoy 🌸
