1kg chicken fillet, cut into thick cubes 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon ground green chili / or to your taste ½ to 1 freshly squeezed lemon oil ½ teaspoon whole jeera 1 tablespoon Robertson chicken spice 2 to 3 tablespoon tandoori masala of your choice 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhana powder salt to taste ( add last as chicken spice is salty ) 3 tablespoon mayo 1 tablespoon yogurt

Cut chicken fillet in thick cubes In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix , add the cube chicken and allow to marinade over night preferable or atleast 2 hoursOr place 3 to 4 marinated cubes on each of the sosati sticks place all in a flat pan or pot and keep aside some of the marinade . allow to marinade.
Cook chicken until done and allow to brown, like a grill effect or alternatively steam halfway and grill on an indoor griller until done . baste remaining marinade on chicken and cook for few seconds.
