Mc Cain French fries (fried)1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon chili powder ¼ teaspoon black pepper Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon dry herbs ¼ teaspoon mustard powder ¼ teaspoon Peri peri Aromat (a South African Spice) ½ - ¾ cup fresh cream. 200 grm cheese
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add paprika,chili powder,salt and pepper,dry herbs,mustard powder and Aromat (a South African Spice). Cook on slow flame for 1 minutes. Then add fresh cream. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Then add cheese. Mix well. and serve immediately With fried French fries. Enjoy 😊
