INGREDIENTS
500 kg chicken, cut into cubes1 cup bread crumbsPepperPaprika Onion powderSaltOilEgg6 - 8 Wheat WrapsMayonnaiseCheese slices
METHOD
Put oil in a pan, crumbs in a bowl all the spices, then dip the chicken cubes into the egg & crumbs fry on both sides for 4 minutes.Drain & fill the wraps with the mayoinaise & cheese slices.
INFO & TIPS
Chillie sauce or extra chillies gives nice hotty meal
