1 kg mince (chicken, beef or mutton) I used chicken1 Onion1 big tin (410g) Tomato Purée ½ - ¾ tin Water (tin of the purée)Salt to tasteBlack Pepper to taste 1 teaspoon SugarLemon Juice to tasteParmesan CheeseOregano or Mixed HerbsAny Cheese for sprinkling on top (I used Gouda)
Chops onion and sauté in oil until soft and translucent add mince add salt and mix well and cook through, until the water burns out. Braise a little, than add the tomato purée, add water ½ tin to wash the rest of purée from the tin and add to the mince, add the sugar, to cut the acidity of the purée.Now add the rest of ingredients, mix and heat through, do not dry out the purée, it must left saucy.Layer the spaghetti on a plate, than add the mince and cheese. Enjoy!!!
