METHOD
Cook steak or chicken in spices then add in sauces when almost done - keep aside.Fry Viennas, Polony and Russians slices seperately and add to chicken or steak .
Cut potatoes into chips and fry (slap chips) .Season with salt, chillies and vinegar and toss well.
AssemblyPlace meat mixture at the bottom of a Pyrex, place chips on top and drizzle with tomato sauce and mayonnaise or spur pink sauce.Grate cheese on top, sprinkle dried Parsley and Paprika and bake until cheese melts.
