METHOD
Slice, wash and drain vegetables. Layer in heavy duty foil.Pour over olive oil.Sprinkle with salt, paprika and herbs.Tightly fold in foil and place in oven tray.Bake at 180 till done.
INFO & TIPS
Sweet potato, baby corn, squash, greenbeans, can be added as well.
