Lemon Bbq Pasta

INGREDIENTS

1 kg Pasta, Cooked1 kg chickenPepper choppedOnion choppedBBQ SpiceLemon Garlic SpiceMixed herbsCheese( grated) Cream
White Sauce5 teaspoon butter, meltedI cup milk4 tablespoon flourSalt & Pepper to tasteQuarter cup cheese(optional)

METHOD

Cook the pasta, set aside.In a frying pan fry the onion, add the pepper, chicken strips, with all spices added.Add the cream lastly cook until thick. Another saucepan melt the butter, add the flour, then stir. Add the milk, whisk until nice & creamy. Layer the dish with the pasta, chicken, white sauce & lastly top with the cheese.

Serves 4
Make it nice & cheezy taste pinch of nutmeg to the white sauce.
