¾ packet penne pasta
1 cup chicken fillet cut into small cubes1 onion2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon Portuguese spice1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder1 teaspoon salt2 tomatoes liquidized 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
Black pepperSugar2 green chillies
1 cup milk2 teaspoons corn flour1 cup fresh cream
Boil pasta in boiling water, olive oil and salt. Put pasta to boil as you start to cook.
Braise onion in oil till translucent. Add chicken, garlic, salt and spices. Cook for a few minutes. Liquidize tomatoes and chillies.Add tomatoes, sugar and green pepper.When done add butter. Make a mix of milk and corn flour, add to the pot and cook till thick. Add fresh cream and cheese till it bubbles. Add the pasta & mix.
