500 g top side steak / beef cut in small cubes and boiled with: ½ teaspoon ginger garlic and 1 teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon tumeric keep aside when cubes are soft (keep the stork liquid)½ cup mixed vegetables steam drain keep asideIn a seperate potadd 2 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)saute 1 grated or sliced onionAdd 3 tomatoes grated½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste or just garlic2 teaspoon Kashmiri masala+- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder ¼ teaspoon tumeric½ teaspoon paprika½ teaspoon jeera powder½ teaspoon Dhana powder½ teaspoon garam masalasalt to taste1 tuj (cinnamon stick) stickCook for few minutes Add the mixed vegetablesAdd the beef cubes½ knorrox cubeAdd the stork liquidCook well to a slightly moist gravyGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with rice or roti or rollsEnjoy
