With SemolinaEGG FREE8 cups grated dhodiBoil it in water seperately Drain and keep asideIn a pot add few tuj (cinnamon stick). Elachi (cardomom) pods200 g butter and ¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter)BraiseAdd 1 ½ cup semolinaBraise Add the grated dhodiBraise 10 minutesAdd3 cups milk¼ cup Klim powder or any milk powder make a paste with little Water and add to potSaffronEssence1 full teaspoon freshly crushed Elachi (cardomom)Few drops of rose essenceAdd ¼ cup dessicated coconutSome almonds Cook by stirring all the time on medium heatWhen the mixture is reduced Add 1 can condensed milk And Also add sugar +- ½ to ¾ cup to tasteMix wellAdd 1 can nestle dessert creamKeep cooking on low to medium heat to avoid scorching30 +- 40 minutesWhen doneTexture will be soft and mushy Tint it a light green food colourServe warmBefore serving sprinkle more almondsGarnish with Nestle dessert cream
