INGREDIENTS
500g Beef/Mutton Mince1 Can Tomatoes & Onion Mix2 Green Chillies2 teaspoon Tomato PasteHalf teaspoon Chillie Powder Half teaspoon Lemon & Garlic Powder 2 teaspoon SugarSalt1 Onion (chopped) 2 Cups Cheese5 Cups Pasta, Cooked (instructions on the back of the packet). Half Cup Spinach (optional)1 packet (Woolies White Sauce) - optional
METHOD
Braise the onion in a pot with oil & brown until golden, add the chillie & then the can tomoto.cook for 3 minutes. Add the mince, spices, sugar cook for 5-10 minutes. Cook the pasta seperate. Set aside too cool. In a pyrex dish spray the pan with the cooking spray. Layer of pasta, mince, cheese. Repeat 3 times. Top with white sauce & cheese. Garnish with herbs or Spinach chopped. Bake in a oven for 180 degrees (25 minutes).
