INGREDIENTS
Step 1: Mince
500g mince500g mix veg2 teaspoon chillie powder1 heaped teaspoon ginger garlic¼ teaspoon crushed green chilies¼ teaspoon tumeric1 and ½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeraSalt1 tomatoe, chopped up1 onionSquirt of lemon juice50g tomotoe pasteSprinkle of jeera seeds1 Cinnamon stick1 Star anise
Step 2: White Sauce
2 and half cups of milk (more might be needed if sause gets to thick)1 sachet of knorr cheese sause3 tablespoon of maizena (corn flour)Salt, pepper and mixed spice to taste

METHOD
Step 1: Mince
In a pot add oil, sliced onion and whole spices. Saute till onions start to turn golden. Add in mince, ginger garlic, crushed chillies and salt. Once mince is cooked, add in masala's, mixed veg and tomatoes and alittle water and cook... Once cooked, add in tomatoe paste, and 1 of the optional ingredients, add water and let simmer without lid for 10 minutes. It must not dry up. Once done, keep aside.
Step 2: white sauce
Pour 2 cups of milk in a nonstick sauce pan and heat on stove. In a mug mix the half cup milk and sachet of sauce with a fork. Once mixed well, add to milk on stove and add in the maizena (corn flour). With a whisk, mix continuesly until desired thickness is achieved. Once thick, take off stove and add salt, pepper and mixed herbs to taste. Set aside.
Step 3: Assembly
Pour alittle white sauce in a casserole and spread evenly. Layer with single layer of lasagna sheet over evenly. Top with mince, making sure sheets are covered, top with lasagna sheets again. Then some white sauce. Some cheese. Another layer of lasagna, mince, white sauce and cheese.
Sprinkle of mixed herbs and put in the oven until cheese is melted and crispy on top.
