INGREDIENTS
1kg rump steak 1 teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 tablespoon Gorimas bbq spice 1 tablespoon Robertson’s steak and chops spice¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper 1 dishing out spoon Worcestershire sauce½ teaspoon lemon pepper 3 tablespoon of garlic sauceHalf cup spur bbq saucetaste the marinade first as some spices and sauces have more salt then add salt only if needed Mix all the above with a tablespoon of oil
METHOD
Marinate steak overnight or for awhile Cook with a blob of butter till done* I put sliced cheese and mushroom sauce over
1 punnets mushroom slice
Crushed Garlic Salt White pepper lemonPepper Garlic butter
½ cup Fresh cream 1 tablespoon flour mix with ½ cup Milk
Sauté Mushrooms with garlic, garlic butter, salt and pepper.Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until mushrooms soft add the cream simmer Add flour paste Simmer till thick
