INGREDIENTS
2 cups water1 cup sugarStick CinnamonLemon juice1 teaspoon maizena (corn flour)1 teaspoon jam( optional) 5 pears cut into strips, rinse once
METHOD
Cook the syrup on stove until sugar dissolves for 10 minutes.Add the pears cook for a few minutes.Switch the stove off add the maizena (corn flour). Stir until syrup thickens. Cool down. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy with ice - cream
