Crispy Potato Slices

INGREDIENTS

6 potatoes, cut into strips2 cups flourLemon & Pepper SpiceSaltLemon PepperOilMayonnaise for dipping

METHOD

Mix the flour & seasoning together, then add the cut potatoes into the flour mixture.Heat the oil fry the potatoes until "Golden Crisp".Enjoy with chicken & toss salad😀

Sweet potatoes is also healthy.
