6 cups milk4 tablespoon sugarRose essenceRose syrup
Form a soft dough and Make tiny balls. They will puff up once added in milk mixture.
Boil the milk mixture on medium heat, and add the balls. Boil for 20 minutes and reduce heat.Cover old for 5 minutes.Dknt mix balls with a spoon, just shake the pot, and open lid evry few minutes so the milk doesn't spill.Cooke evenly.Remove from heat.After 20 minutes transfer the ras malai in a dish.
In the milk mixture stir in 1 small Nestle cream and condense milk till sweetened enough. Decorate with pista (pistachio nuts) rose buds and almonds. Enjoy x
