Zucchini 2 large ones, 2 carrots,100g chedder cheese, 100g mozzerella, 150g bread crumbs, 3 whole eggs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and salt to your taste.
Grate the zucchini,carrots and the cheese and put them in a large bowl add in the whisked eggs with the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a well lined tin and bake it at 200c for 30 to 45 minutes.

Before baking sprinkle extra cheese and bread crumbs on top and also you can add any other veggies which you prefer to make the pie.
