INGREDIENTS
1 large Onion, chopped2 Green Chillies Danya, bunch1 egg2 x chopped Spinach leaves1 teaspoon Salt¼ teaspoon Jiera, Koljana, Borrie, Chillie Powder) Green Chutney (1Tsp)1 Cup Chana Flour½ cup Chilli Bite1 tablespoon Cake Flour1 teaspoon Baking Powder ¼ Cup water
METHOD
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the chopped ingredients too the dry mixture. Lastly mix in the water, too make a thick consistency.Always add the baking powder in last, before frying in the hot oil.
Makes 30
INFO & TIPS
(Optional) can add lettuce if you don't have Spinach.
