1 kg green chilli cut up some seeds removed roughly ground a bit Big (NOT FINE,)Optional are carrots and capsicum)4-5 green Capsicum cut into small cubes optional (steamed slightly)4-5 large carrots cut in small cubes Optional (Steamed slightly) In a pot add +-1 ½ cup oilAdd 1 tablespoon full crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 tablespoon mustard seeds1 Heaped tablespoon or more crushed garlic or slivered garlicFew curry leaves1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seedsBraise few minutes add 2 cups akalwaya pickle masala braise Now add the green chillies capsicum and carrotsCook a bit add½ cup vinegarSugar to your preference Mix well cook few minutesAdjust your saltCool and keep 1 day out in cool placeRefrigerateBottle and cool
