INGREDIENTS
1 cup of green mugh cleaned and boiled till soft but not mushy
1 teaspoon whole jeera1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 onion choppedCurry leaves 2 to 3 green chillies slit
Fry the above in oil till the onions become golden.
2 tomatoes liquidised- add the following:1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeera½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon rough chilli powder
METHOD
Add the tomato mixture to the onions and cook for about 10 to 15minutes. Add the boiled mugh and add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of sugar and let it cook.
