Boil 1 cup green moong dhal (green pea lentil) till soft...In a little oil braise:1 onion.Curry leavesMustard seedsJeerooThen add:1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon red chillies¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 tablespoon vinegar2 tablespoon mayonnaise1 teaspoon sugarBraize for 1 minute...then add 1 large liquidised tomato...and 1 tablespoon tomato paste..cook until thick chutney...add boiled mugh...and a little water..and allow to boil further...cut up dhania (coriander)...Serve with roti..enjoy😍
