½ cup yellow moongh dhal soaked500 gr mutton1 medium onion grated¼ cup oil1 stick cinnamon2 cardamom pods½ teaspoon whole cumin seedsSalt to taste2 teaspoon chillie powder1 teaspoon cumin coriander powder½ teaspoon tumeric powder1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala150 ml water
METHOD
Braise onions and whole spicesAdd in meat and dry spices and ginger garlic masala with 100ml water allow to cook on medium to low heat till meat is soft than add in soaked moongh dhal with remaining 50ml water allow to cook on low heat till done
