INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoon butter1 onion (sliced)1 tablespoon garlic paste2 teaspoon red chilli paste½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon cumin powder500g tenderized topside steaks (finely cubed)3 tablespoon mayonnaise3 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce1 cup diced sweet peppers200g chopped or very roughly crumbled feta cheeseHandful chopped spring onionsChopped corianderWonton wrappers/ springroll pastryWater flour paste (lai)
METHOD
1. In a pan, melt butter and add onion.2. Saute until lightly golden, then add in spices, chilli & garlic.3. Braise until fragrant, then add in steak.4. Coat the steak and brown all over. 5. Cook till half done, then add in mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, sweet peppers and spring onions. 6. Remove from heat and cool. 7. Add in feta cheese and coriander.8. Mix in well and then spoon onto one half of wrapper/pastry.9. Spread paste on one edges on the one side, then fold over closed in a triangle.10.
