1 large or 2 small chocolate fresh cream swiss rolls1-2 punnets strawberriesFlake Whipped cream
Mousse-20 marshmallows2 slabs dark chocolate250ml milk250ml fresh cream
1. Heat milk on low on stove.2. Add chocolate and marshmallows.3. Mix together till smooth, remove from stove and allow to cool.4. Whip fresh cream stiff.5. Fold whipped cream gently into melted chocolate. 6. Allow to cool and set in fridge.7. Slice swiss roll.8. Place a slice down in trifle bowl.9. Slice strawberries and place along the side of bowl.10. Spoon in mousse. 11. Lay on mousse some sliced strawberries.12. Repeat layers ending with mousse. 13. May even use swissroll slices placing against side).14. Decorate with whipped cream, flake and strawberries.15. Chill in fridge. Serve cold.

Quantities will depend on how large a trifle bowl you are using.
