INGREDIENTS
1 chocolate sheet cake (cut into small pieces)1-2 punnets strawberriesFlake Whipped cream
Mousse-20 marshmallows2 slabs dark chocolate250ml milk250ml fresh cream
METHOD
1. Heat milk on low on stove.2. Add chocolate and marshmallows.3. Mix together till smooth, remove from stove and allow to cool.4. Whip fresh cream stiff.5. Fold whipped cream gently into melted chocolate. 6. Allow to cool and set in fridge.7. Slice cake. 8. Place cake down in trifle bowl.9. Slice strawberries and place along the side of bowl.10. Spoon whipped cream, then mousse. 11. Lay sliced strawberries on mousse. 12. Repeat layers ending with mousse. Decorate with whipped cream, flake and strawberries. Chill in fridge. Serve cold.#mamataughtmewellrecipes

Note: May use mixed berries or other fruit.
Quantities will depend on how large a trifle bowl you are using.
