5 potatoes cubed and steamed with 1 teaspoon salt till done. Not too soft. Drain water once done and add fine red chillie powder, then add a sprinkling of:@inapaarman Lemon & rosemary seasoninga sprinkling of @inapaarman Cajun spice¼ teaspoon fine cumin2 tablespoons tomato sauce2 tablespoons mayonnaise2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon steers French dressing
Cut samoosa pur into strips and fry till golden.
In a bamboo cup (or any cup of your choice) put some pur at the bottom of all your cups. Then add potato mixture and some pur over. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.Enjoy.💝
