2 Cups Flour2 tablespoon melted ButterMix and Rub well Add 2 teaspoon Baking powder¼ teaspoon Yeast1 teaspoon Salt½ teaspoon SugarMix well with flourAdd little whole Jeeru (Cumin)Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Finely Chopped Green Chilli Now Add 1Tblsp YoghurtMix with Warm milk and waterMake a soft dough Leave Covered to rise for 15 MinutesRoll slightly and cut in Rounds
FRY in Med to Hot Oil
Make Any filling of your Choice( I made Spicy Mash Potato filling )Added mayonnaise or sauce of your choice for a slight Tangy Flavour
