INGREDIENTS
125g butter 1 cup castor sugar½ cup oil¾ teaspoon bicarb2 ½ teaspoon baking powder1 ½ tablespoon taystee wheat½ teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder 2 cups flour
METHOD
1. Cream the butter and sugar well.2. Add the oil and rest of ingredients, beat well .3. Last add the flour gradually to make a soft dough roll into balls make slits with knife insert almond dipped in milk .4.
