½ kg fillet steak slices Washed & drained.
In a pot heat a slice of butter about 2 tablespoons Add:2 tablespoons Nandos pepper sauce2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen lemon & black pepper seasoning Aromat (a South African Spice) to tasteA sprinkling of @robertsonsspice mixed herbs Allow to sizzle and move off stove. CookDip each piece of fillet in marinade and cook on low. Add ½ - ¾ cup of sour cream. Cook for a bit.
Serve with onion rings.
