RECIPE

1 kg fillets butterflied 4 cloves minced garlic 1 tablespoon each mochachos hot mild and extra hot sauce Juice of 1 lemon 🍋 2 tablespoon mochachos spice (I used my own brand)1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon hot chilli powder (adjust)2 tablespoon oil
Marinate bakeSauce:100g butter 1 tablespoon mochachos sauce ¼ cup fresh cream 2 teaspoon minced garlic
Boil sauce. Baste chicken. Grill serve with chips and garlic bread
