Quick and easy
RECIPE
1 packet tennis biscuit crushed fineAdd enough melted butter to it add 1 lid vanilla Flatten in a foil tray or casseroleRefrigerate or Freeze till firmIn the meanwhileMix together in a seperate dish ¾ cup brown or white sugar ¼ cup mazinaPinch of saltAdd ¾ cup waterTo the above dry ingredients Beat wellTill smoothNow add to pot on stove Stir on medium heatAdd in ½ cup chopped pecansMix wellAs the mixture is thickeningAdd remove from stoveBeat 2 eggs add extra vanilla essenceMix quick add 3 tablespoon melted butterAdd +- 1cup pecans half's Little golden syrup +- 2 tablespoonPut back on stove few minutes Now pour this mixture into the chilled base in the foil or casserole trayPut back in oven baked at 180* For 25 - 30 minutesWhen done brush a little golden syrupServe warm or coldWith a dollop fresh cream or icecreamEnjoy
INFO & TIPS
MY TIP: Reduce the sugar in the filling
And do not add sugar to the Fresh cream when serving
