Nutella Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

8 oreo cookies
5 marie biscuits
3 Tablespoons melted butter
1 tub cream cheese
250ml fresh cream (beaten till stiff)
2/3 cup nuttella
1 teaspoon vanilla paste

METHOD

Crush the biscuits and butter in a food processor
and spoon this mixture into the base of your
serving dish, mix the cream cheese, nuttella and
vanilla together till smooth and then fold in
fresh cream. Pour this mixture over the base and
leave to set.Garnish with chocolate.

INFO & TIPS

I made this recipe in mini desert cups and got 24
out comfortably.
